We were proud to be the location for this moving music video in which the Ndlovu Youth Choir performs an isiZulu cover of British pop star Ed Sheeran’s hit, Shape of You, accompanied by South African flute player Wouter Kellerman.

The choir was established in 2009, with singers drawn from the Ndlovu Care Group, a community group in rural Moutse, Limpopo, that provides healthcare, early childhood education and after-school activities for children in the area. They have performed at locations in Southern Africa and in Europe, with performances that feature a fusion of South African music styles and South Africa’s different languages.

Find out more about them below.

Kellerman, meanwhile, is a well-known musician and flute player. The music video has been watched more than 50 000 times since it was uploaded earlier this week. And it is receiving rave reviews on social media.
