The team at Maropeng is shocked and saddened to hear of the sudden passing of Mogale City Mayor Naga Patrick Lipudi on Sunday.
We extend our heartfelt sympathies to his family and loved ones during this difficult time.
“Mayor Lipudi was a very keen supporter of everything to do with the Cradle of Humankind World Heritage Site.
“He was both enthusiastic and extremely proud of the fact that Mogale City is host to our magnificent world heritages, and was a frequent visitor to Maropeng and Sterkfontein. He will be very sadly missed,” said Maropeng MD Michael Worsnip.
