We're celebrating women this Women's Day by serving up an exquisite sparkling-wine tasting and fine-dining lunch. The event will take place at 12.30 for 1pm on Tuesday, 9 August 2016 at the Maropeng Boutique Hotel.

Our menu is as follows:

Welcome drink and snacks

Strawberries dipped in dark and white chocolate
Biltong and dry wors
Pistachio nuts
Fruit platter

First course

Amuse-bouche
Stuffed baby potato
Tuna terrine
Rare beef crostini

Starter

Leek, potato and pear soup

Main course

Grilled Norwegian salmon served with garlic mashed potatoes and a hollandaise sauce, or
Roasted rack of lamb served on a bed of creamy polenta, long-stemmed broccoli florets and a cream reduction, or
Beetroot-infused creamy parmesan risotto (vegetarian)

Dessert

Trio of chocolate: chocolate mousse, chocolate sphere filled will Frangelico gel and a chocolate brownie
