Maropeng’s head chef gets excited about Easter brunch

Peter Langa, head chef at Maropeng, has some exciting ideas up his sleeve for the upcoming Easter Brunch Buffet, taking place at Maropeng on 31 March.

“The buffet table will be laden with lots of tasty treats, including homemade hot cross buns, butternut, vanilla and cinnamon pie, slow-roasted farm chicken and glazed gammon, to name but a few,” he says.
