Maropeng hosts Broom Colloquium – photo essay

Maropeng successfully hosted the Royal Society’s Broom Colloquium at the Tumulus building’s conference centre, this past Saturday, November 26.
Top experts in the field of palaeosciences met to give presentations on recent discoveries in the Cradle of Humankind. The colloquium was held to honour the 60th anniversary of Professor Robert Broom’s death, as well his significant contribution to South Africa’s scientific discoveries regarding humankind’s evolution.
