Maropeng gets networking at Meetings Africa – photo essay
February 24, 2011 – Bianca Bothma
Maropeng spent the past three days at Meetings Africa where we had the opportunity to meet with industry representatives from Africa’s tourism industry.
The event was a success for Maropeng, as we had a lot of interest in our school tour bookings and Cooper’s Cave picnic and walking tours.
Harry the Hominid, the Maropeng model mascot, also received a lot of attention as local and international visitors all rushed to the Maropeng stand to have a photo taken with him. The following photo essay includes images from Maropeng’s experience at Meetings Africa.
